Solution Architect
Posted
We are looking for a true Senior Solution Architect who can understand the existing system architecture and recommend best-practice solutions to address the current pain points. Please note that we are not planning a full system rewrite. Any architectural changes should be practical, maintainable, and realistic as the top priority.
We do not expect the candidate to perform hands-on coding. However, the candidate must have strong .NET development experience in order to provide coding guidelines, establish best practices, and oversee code quality across the development team (6+ full-stack developers).
The system will continue to be hosted on on-premises servers at this point. However, cloud architecture experience, especially with Azure, would be a strong plus for this position.
DUTIES-
1. Lead and implement enterprise application and data architecture solutions.
Tasks
1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application and data architectures that support complex business workflows, including landlord-property-account relationships and many-to-many entity structures.
2. Develop architecture solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency for workflows such as document requests, payment processing, renewals, claims, and allowance disbursements.
3. Ensure seamless integration between CurRent and other Client systems through API-driven and enterprise integration architecture.
4. Oversee data governance, data quality, data lifecycle management, and master/golden record strategies to improve data consistency and reduce duplicate landlord, client, and property records.
5. Lead modernization efforts to address existing system pain points, including performance bottlenecks, scalability limitations, technical debt, manual processes, and security vulnerabilities.
6. Establish and enforce development standards and best practices, including coding standards, secure coding guidelines, documentation standards, and release management processes.
7. Implement and oversee DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, including automated code review, cybersecurity scanning, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
8. Optimize systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security to support enterprise operations and high-volume processing workflows.
