Introduction

The Privacy Analyst will support US state privacy law operations and help maintain and enhance the privacy program. This role will assist with implementing and operationalizing state and federal privacy law requirements, supporting Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes, resolving privacy-related issues, and helping ensure timely completion of consumer privacy requests. The Privacy Analyst will also work cross-functionally to support privacy operations and help integrate privacy practices into product development and business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 24 years of experience in privacy, compliance, technology, data governance, digital operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting consumer privacy request processes, such as DSARs, preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy tools, privacy operations workflows, or privacy-enabling technologies, preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks, such as CCPA, and other state laws.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding and utilization of privacy-enabling technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
  • Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support the development and documentation of business requirements related to state and federal privacy law compliance.
  • Support Legal, Product, Security, IT, and other internal teams to help implement privacy requirements across business operations and products.
  • Assist in developing privacy training materials, job aids, and presentations related to privacy laws and compliance obligations.
