Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician (Level 3 or 4) to support internal systems across all Client product lines. This hands-on role supports test systems used in engineering and NPI pilot-line operations, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, system integration, and sustaining high-performance lab environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for internal test systems and test cells across all product lines, including electrical debug, mechanical integration to facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software issues for both local and remote engineering teams.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of test systems to ensure reliable and optimal performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper operation, availability, and readiness for engineering and NPI activities.
- Analyze system logs and performance data to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to support system integration, deployment, and ongoing operation.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and support system integration efforts.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation covering system configurations, integration activities, troubleshooting, and resolutions to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Adhere to and enforce ESD safety practices to protect sensitive equipment and systems.
Must have:
- System level experience, such as exposure to overall system integration, hardware bring up, and working across hardware, firmware, and software teams to resolve broader system issues.
- Experience with hardware and firmware.
- Experience working in a Laboratory.
