Practice Manager

Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategic oversight with handson operational management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional patient care across all sites.

In addition to operational leadership, you will support recruitment and onboarding efforts to help build strong, highperforming teams. As the central point of coordination for clinic operations, staff support, workflow optimization, and compliance, you will ensure each clinic functions at its highest potential.

• Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring standardized workflows, efficient patient flow, and consistent service quality.
• Advise clinic managers, leads, and administrative staff across locations.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate billing practices, charge capture, and documentation workflows.
• Coordinate facility needs, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across clinics.
• Ensure all clinics adhere to regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations).
