Key Responsibilites:
- Responsible for technical customer support and coordination. First point of technical contact for customers - provide technical feedback and solutions per product training material and published customer approved application notes and datasheets (TCDs).
- Where necessary, work withProduct Area Sensors (PAS),Product Area ICs (PAI), orProduct Area Power Semiconductors (PAP)teams to request theappropriate informationand communicate tocustomer.
- Using application knowledge,assistscustomerin correctlydesigning inBosch products.
- Coordinates technical customer meetings with theappropriate Boschteam members, taking the lead to document the OPLwhencustomer development lead is in the region.
- Obtain customer's requirements and communicates them to the Bosch teams includingProductManagement.
- Responsible for supporting customer quality issues related to samples provided during their development phase, prior to SOP.
- Establish customer relationships by working closely with engineering teams.
- Assistin pre-selling activities of components at customers by leading technical presentations, providing information and support.
- Provide informationon applicationspecific customer trends, innovation, market, and competition.
- Supportdevelopmentof local customer communication information (verbal and written) innativelanguage.
- Customer PPAP coordination and support asrequired
- Assure customer technical satisfaction from the first engagement, through design-in phase and finally series production
- Support sample warehouse coordination for components and development kits including testing and packaging of customer kits prior to delivery.
