Job Details:Requirements
- Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Nurse Educator Master's degree as a CNS preferred or Master's degree in nursing required
- Current Certification in Nursing required
- Critical care experience required
- ACLS and BLS American Heart Association
- Leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates skills as an educator and consultant, serving as clinical resource to staff
- Ability to create, revise and implement curriculum, policies and procedures utilizing principles of evidence-based practice and research
- Demonstrates accountability, autonomy and leadership in worked experience
- Leads staff development
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and education programs
- Role models interprofessional collaboration
- Promotes diversity, inclusivity and adapts to learner needs and preferences
