- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- OperatePOSsystem and handle transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Keep the vibe upbeatbecause coffee tastes better with good energy.
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but notrequired.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweator spilling the latte.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
