Finance Manager

Overview:

Lutron is seekingaFinance Managerto join our growing finance team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.In this strategic, high-impact role, you willbe responsible forleadingfinancialanalytics and forecasting for a global organization with diverse sales channels.As a key finance partneracross the organization, you willleadfinancialreporting and forecasting. This role requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence decision-making, and ownership of core commercial finance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial forecasting and budgeting processes for Lutrons Commercial Business

• Lead the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis,presentationand communication

• Partner with business leaders toidentifyand track KPIs to analyze performance and improve forecasting.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses, as needed for strategic projects, planning, or other special situations

• Prepare margin analysis and profitability assessments

• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, financial processes, and analytical capabilities across Lutrons Commercial Business

• Confidently present financial insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degreerequired; preferred area of study in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 10years of work experience in financial analysis required
• Experience working in a multinational environment and understanding of foreign exchange and international finance preferred
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g.Salesforce)preferred
• Proficiencyin data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling skills, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or experience with building data analytics tools is a plus
