At The Judge Group, you will be trained to support mission-critical programs across Aerospace and Defense and federal sectors, partnering with leading organizations to deliver specialized engineering talent where it matters most.

Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

You will begin your recruiting career at the center of a dynamic and technically specialized market, with structured training to build expertise across:

• Software, Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering
• Cleared environments (Secret through TS/SCI+)
• Emerging areas such as defense technology, autonomy, and advanced systems

This is a high-growth role with direct exposure to leadership, real responsibility early on, and the ability to quickly impact both delivery and revenue outcomes.
