Job Description
- Lead global teams of technical and non-technical employees and consultants
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected project benefits and outcomes
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop project schedules including effort estimates, task sequences, and assignments
- Lead resolution of conflicts or escalations
- Create and submit accurate project/program status reports
- Establish and maintain project artifact repository; ensure quality and adherence to internal software delivery methodology
- Develop project charters and communication plans
- Facilitateengagement with cross-impacted technology and business stakeholders
- Resolve complex problems through critical thinking
- Define and document project scope; ensure alignment to objectives and goals
- Perform project change control procedures for scope, resources, and financials
- Ensure adherence to technology Change Management requirements
- Develop and manage project capital and expense budgets
- Prepare and submit timelymonthly forecasts (Clarity PPM)
