Application Support

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Application Support for their Jersey City, NJ/ Plano, TX/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for preparing UAT environments for system integration testing, user acceptance, and production release stages of the SDLC phases.
• Coordinate multiple testing efforts across 6 UAT environments
• Initiate and track data refresh requests to the DBA team
• Application and infrastructure monitoring (health checks)
• Post-Production release code deployments to all UAT environments
• Code deployments and job execution
• Access requests
• Oversee requests to initiate UAT infrastructure changes
• Work with other teams (Dev, DBA, or Quartz) to resolve UAT issues
• SSL certificate renewal on all UAT servers
• Service ID management to include password resets and compliance attestation

Requirements:

• Experience with Application Support or PROD/UAT Support
• Application Testing
• Basic Python scripting and understanding of the language
