Workfront Project Manager

Responsibilities

Project Manager JIRA & Workfront Process EnablementRole Overview WWT is seeking a hands on Project Manager to stabilize and operationalize our client's delivery tooling and processes. This role is focused less on traditional project scheduling and more on driving JIRA hygiene, enforcing data discipline with engineering teams, and ensuring accurate flow of work from JIRA into Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate is comfortable being persistent, detail oriented, and process driven, with the confidence to follow up directly with engineers and help teams adopt consistent ways of working. Key Responsibilities

• Own and clean up existing JIRA projects, including workflows, fields, statuses, backlogs, and ticket quality.
• Actively follow up with engineers and technical teams to ensure JIRA tickets are updated accurately and consistently.
• Ensure required data is entered in JIRA so work flows correctly into Adobe Workfront for reporting and visibility.
• Partner with engineering and delivery leads to establish and reinforce standard processes for how work is tracked.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and breakdowns in tooling usage and drive corrective action.
• Serve as the point person for JIRAWorkfront alignment, ensuring timelines, effort, and status are reliable.
• Create and maintain lightweight documentation and guidance so teams understand what "good looks like in JIRA.
• Support leadership with accurate reporting and dashboards by improving upstream data quality.
• Proactively surface risks related to missing, outdated, or inaccurate data in delivery tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands on experience with JIRA (issue hygiene, workflows, backlog management, enforcement).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, especially as a downstream system dependent on JIRA data.
• Proven ability to hold engineers accountable for updating tools without formal authority.
• Experience fixing broken or inconsistent processes, not just following existing ones.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where structure needs to be created.
• Excellent follow up, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating or supporting JIRA Workfront workflows.
• Background in Agile environments where tooling adoption was inconsistent.
• Experience building dashboards or reports that depend on clean system data.
