This opportunity focuses on the development and integration of advanced vehicle system architectures for next-generation military ground vehicle platforms. The role centers on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), requirements decomposition, systems integration, and system behavior modeling using CAMEO and SysML methodologies.
This position is ideal for an experienced systems engineer who can lead complex engineering activities while collaborating across multiple technical disciplines to support advanced hardware and software integration efforts.
Responsibilities- Lead development of system and subsystem requirements, including decomposition and traceability
- Develop and maintain MBSE artifacts using SysML and CAMEO
- Capture and review connectivity diagrams and system architecture models
- Model system and platform behaviors using SysML diagrams
- Support vehicle and subsystem integration and test planning
- Integrate hardware and software components into established vehicle architectures
- Support in-lab and on-vehicle testing, troubleshooting, and system verification activities
- Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across system architecture and integration activities
- Support advanced vehicle systems development for military ground vehicle programs
- Bachelors degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Science
- Control Systems
- Software Engineering
- Related engineering discipline
- 8-10+ years of engineering experience
- Strong background in systems engineering and cross-functional engineering disciplines
- Proven MBSE experience with CAMEO required
- Experience developing SysML models and requirements traceability
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems architecture and integration
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Ability to climb on/off and work around military vehicles
- Must be able to pass ASR (Anthropometric Size Requirement) testing for confined spaces
