Senior Program Manager Banking
Role Overview:
This role will support coordination across multiple initiatives under your portfolio. Each project already has a specialized Project Manager, and this position will focus on overall coordination, governance, and status tracking across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track progress across multiple ongoing projects
- Consolidate status reports and leadership updates
- Coordinate with specialized Project Managers leading individual initiatives
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines
- Support program governance and reporting
- Facilitate coordination between operations and technology teams
Preferred Background:
- Senior Project Manager with 1015 years of experience
- Experience in banking / financial services environments
- Basic understanding of areas such as:
- Counterparty Credit Risk
- Global KYC
- Operational Resiliency
Note: The role does not require deep SME expertise in any specific area, but rather a well-rounded PM capable of coordinating across multiple workstreams.
