We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant Microsoft Technologies with strong expertise in .NET Frameworks, .NET Core, React, and Python to lead enterprise-scale application transformation and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end modernization and rewrite of legacy applications into scalable, cloud-ready, microservices-based architectures. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong development, architectural, and modernization experience across Microsoft technology stacks.

The candidate should have experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude Code, for accelerating development activities and improving engineering productivity.

This position requires close collaboration with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver modern, high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end application transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Lead the rewrite and modernization of legacy applications using modern technology stacks.
• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET, .NET Core, React, and Python.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and distributed systems.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture activities.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define modernization roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code for coding assistance and productivity improvements.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and deployment activities across environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Required Experience

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience

• Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and coding standards
