- In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize advanced stored procedures supporting enterprise-scale systems and very large data volumes.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions
- Optimize SQL and PL/SQL for high performance and scalability across very large data volumes
- Analyze execution plans and implement tuning strategies to resolve performance bottlenecks
- Ensure robust error handling, transaction control, and data integrity in production systems
- Collaborate with application and data teams to deliver efficient database solutions
- Hands-on experience developing Oracle PL/SQL
- Proven expertise in building high performance stored procedures for large-scale systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL optimization, indexing, and execution plan analysis
- Demonstrated experience working with high-volume datasets (hundreds of millions of records).
