Receptionist (Entry-Level) Temporary Assignment

Description
Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization. Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role. A High School diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications
" Experience: 1 3 years of receptionist experience required
" Education: High School diploma required
" Industry Background: Open to candidates from any industry
" Preferred Skills:
o Strong multitasking ability
" Exclusions:
o Candidates with primarily customer service backgrounds (e.g., call center or front desk roles) are not ideal, as this position is strictly internal
Additional Requirements
" On-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch period
" Fingerprints required

MUST HAVES
Answer switchboard calls, direct individuals as they come in to the office, forwarding calls. Capable of working independently, but knows when to reach out for assistance when needed.
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
Experience in Outlook, and TEAMS, must be able to form calendar invites, book conference rooms, use TEAMS for document uploads and chat.
Have a professional and polished demeanor
