Seeking an experienced AI Architect for Testing to lead enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives within Quality Engineering and Software Testing environments. This role focuses on AI-driven QA transformation, automation modernization, and enterprise testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and testing transformation initiatives
• Design AI-powered testing solutions including:
  • Test case generation
  • Defect prediction
  • Root cause analysis
  • Intelligent regression testing
  • AI-assisted automation workflows
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and QA processes
• Develop scalable AI-enabled testing frameworks
• Partner with QA, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams

Required Skills

• 10+ years in QA Automation, Quality Engineering, or Test Architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on AI / Generative AI experience
• Experience with:

  • Prompt Engineering
  • Enterprise AI implementations
