Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Fully Remote (EST Hours) / Newtown Square, PA 19073
Duration: 6+ months
  • We are seeking a Revenue Operations Contractor to support initiatives across go-to-market, adoption & consumption and reporting & analytics. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to ensure data accuracy, operational execution, and actionable insights that drive revenue outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Support
  • Support Business Partners with ongoing GTM execution including account and territory assignments within our planning and CRM tools.
  • Document recurring questions, insights, and processes to improve field self-service and scalability
  • Adoption & Consumption
  • Track and analyze adoption and consumption metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Support stakeholders with insights related to usage, consumption-based revenue, cACV, and customer health
  • Identify early signals related to churn risk, renewal likelihood, or expansion opportunities
  • Help drive awareness and adoption of dashboards, tools, and reporting among business users

Sales & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance
  • Provide data-backed answers to ad hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership
  • Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Analysis of contribution, attainment, growth across our partner and solution areas.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business-critical questions and support decision-making
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of metrics, definitions, and reporting standards

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with go-to-market motions, sales processes, and revenue performance metrics
  • Experience working with usage, adoption, or consumption-based metrics
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting CRM and revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology revenue models
  • Prior experience in contractor or project-based RevOps roles
  • Strong documentation and process improvement mindset
