Location: Malvern, PA
Pay Rate: $23.00 $29.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract

Position Overview
Seeking a Lab Technician to support R&D and manufacturing projects within a laboratory environment. This role involves material testing, sample preparation, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and supporting product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and sample preparation following ASTM, UL, and company procedures
- Collect, analyze, and document test data and results
- Support engineers and scientists with R&D and manufacturing projects
- Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with repairs
- Create technical reports and maintain accurate lab documentation
- Support lab safety, 5S activities, audits, and inventory management
- Operate power tools and basic laboratory machinery safely
Required
- High school diploma with 3 4 years of chemical laboratory experience
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical tools
- Comfortable working in a hands-on laboratory environment
- Knowledge of safety and HSE practices
- Associate degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field
- Prior co-op, internship, or professional lab experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or product development environments
