Engineer
Summary:
- Location: Richmond, VA

- Apply engineering theories, principles, concepts, and fundamentals.
- Perform engineering calculations using software programs (e.g., Matlab, Excel).
- Serve as Safety Committee Representative for the OSS team.
- Review and consolidate all OSS documents for workflow, including as-built drawings.
- Advise on assigning reviewers for new workflow initiation.
- Manage overdue workflows and send reminders.
- Close all open comment sheets related to old/finalized documents.
- Provide weekly updates and reports.
- Manage call coverage roster.
- Maintain and update the shared team calendar.
- Own the OSS action tracker and SharePoint page.
- Manage change orders and budget for OSS contract support, including contract/invoice review.
- Conduct risk analysis.
- Manage Semco inventory, including driving key discussions, warehouse walk-throughs, and integrating tracking methods onto external SharePoint.
- Create job aids for using tracking methods.
- Track existing company non-conformity reports and technical queries, adding new ones for validation weekly.
- Attend working calls to resolve company technical queries.
- Knowledge and application of engineering principles and configuration management.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and solve complex problems.

- Ability to interpret codes, regulations, and practices.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; associate's degree required.
- Engineering degree preferred.
