Job OverviewAs a key member of our agile development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our data integration hub. This project will utilize cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS). Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services across Texas.
Requirements- 8 years of experience developing ETL processes using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
- 8 years of experience integrating data from multiple sources, including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF.
- 8 years of experience in designing and developing complex Snowflake SQL scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical writing and diagramming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in planning and delivering software platforms across multiple products and organizational units.
- Proven ability to write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience on an agile sprint team.
- Understanding of security principles related to healthcare data.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with an HHS agency.
- Experience with JIRA software and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex and Informatica Claire.
