Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Developer with strong expertise in GCP and Big Data technologies to join our enterprise application development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing scalable microservices, cloud-native applications, and large-scale batch processing platforms within financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
" Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
" Develop and support cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, GKE, GCE, and Cloud Storage.
" Build and optimize large-scale batch processing and data aggregation platforms using Hadoop, Spark, and related Big Data technologies.
" Develop RESTful APIs, implement OAuth/IAM security standards, and ensure secure enterprise application integration.
" Collaborate with Technical Architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable and high-performance solutions.
" Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, or similar technologies.
" Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL including SQL tuning and performance optimization.
Required Skills:
" 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
" Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
" Hands-on experience with GCP services including Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, GKE, and GCE.
" Strong experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
" Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and DevOps methodologies.
" Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
" Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and database performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Experience in Enterprise Architecture environments.
" Knowledge of cloud transformation and SaaS platforms.
" Experience implementing encryption, certificates, and key
