We are seeking a skilled L3 Support Engineer to provide production support for our enterprise data platforms. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and SLA adherence of systems built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with ADLS Gen2 and Azure Databricks
• Advanced PySpark debugging and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with TigerGraph (GSQL, loaders, schema, query performance)
• Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools
• Linux/Unix and Git knowledge
• Prior work experience in a similar industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with rotational shifts and on-call support
• Ability to guide L2 teams and maintain runbooks/SOPs
• Familiarity with production releases, hotfixes, and deployments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for ADLS, Databricks, PySpark jobs, and TigerGraph platforms
• Perform deep RCA for data failures, performance issues, and incidents
• Troubleshoot batch/streaming pipelines, Databricks clusters, workflows, and graph queries
• Resolve data latency, quality, and ingestion issues
