• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving business objectives
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
• Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Assist in managing store finances, including cash handling and reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
