Your Mission

Asour MEP Project Manager,youlllead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious MEP project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase,innovate forsafety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others.

Your Role

• Lead and Inspire: Champion the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems toachieve ambitious project goals. Support and mentor in-house MEP professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.

• Win Work, Build Relationships:Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeos commitment to integrity and partnership.

• Deliver Excellence:Guide andexpediteMEP systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every clientobjectiveis metduring and beyond project completion.

• Strategize and Innovate:Develop and implement project safety plans,identifyrisks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings,establishcommunication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training.

• Grow People:Participatein annual performance reviews, mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
