Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, train, and validate advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Deploy and optimize ML models in production environments.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model performance tuning.
- Communicate insights, model results, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in machine learning and data science.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Scikit-Learn
- PySpark
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern ML frameworks:
