Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager with 810 years of professional experience, including significant construction-phase (out of the ground) project involvement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing architectural projects from design development through construction administration, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This role is well suited for a licensed architect or a professional actively pursuing licensure, with a strong understanding of constructability, documentation, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from design development through construction completion

• Lead project teams, schedules, and deliverables

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants

• Provide construction administration services, including submittals, RFIs, and site visits

• Oversee the quality, accuracy, and coordination of construction documents

• Serve as a primary liaison with clients and consultants

• Mentor junior staff and support firm-wide standards and best practices

Qualifications

• 810 years of professional architectural experience

• Demonstrated construction-phase experience on built projects

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

• Licensed Architect or actively progressing toward licensure

• Strong understanding of building systems and constructability

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Data center experience a plus

Salary / Hourly:
$80,000 - $120,000
