Job Title: MES engineer
Location: Summit, PA

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning
Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for MES implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, operations, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members to achieve project goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the MES by all users.
Training
Support: Coordinate training for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful operation of the MES.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational efficiency post-implementation.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and best practices.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, PPT, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior MES software solutions program experience.
