Java Camel Jetty Dev Lead

Job Description:
10+ years of professional Java development experience, including work on legacy modernization initiatives.
Hands on experience upgrading Java applications across major LTS version.
Experience with one or more of:
Apache Camel (routes, components, migration across versions).
Jetty (server configuration, HTTP handling, threading, upgrades).
Strong experience with dependency upgrades and resolving breaking changes (especially in frameworks/libraries used in middleware).
Strong testing discipline: ability to design and implement effective automated tests for complex routing/edge/gateway behavior.
Proficiency with build tools (Maven and/or Gradle), CI pipelines, and source control (Git).
Strong debugging skills (JVM troubleshooting, logging/metrics interpretation, heap/thread dumps a plus).
