Middleware Platform Engineer

We are currently hiring for a Middleware Platform Engineer role with a strong focus on telecom domain projects. This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in distributed systems, messaging platforms, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cluster provisioning and onboarding of application teams on RabbitMQ and ZooKeeper platforms
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and high throughput for telecom-scale applications
• Perform performance tuning of messaging and coordination systems
• Implement security protocols including SSL/TLS, LDAP/AD integration, and RBAC
• Manage migration, upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with RabbitMQ (cluster setup, plugins, policies)
• Hands-on expertise in ZooKeeper ensemble management
• Proficiency in Terraform / Ansible / Chef
• Deep understanding of Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Middleware Engineering, or System Administration
• Prior experience in telecom domain or high-scale distributed systems preferred
