Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in frontend development. The role involves designing user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Candidates must have experience in the Electric Utilities sector and a proven track record in software product development. You can work from Southlake, Texas or Dallas, Texas. NO REMOTE OPTION.

- Optimize web designs for responsiveness, speed, and scalability.
- Create reusable code components for future projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across designs.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.
- Follow coding standards and use tools like SonarQube.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation).
- Work within Agile methodologies and attend Agile ceremonies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements.
- Prepare thorough documentation and reports.
- Take leadership roles when required.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles.
- Experience in UI development with .NET, VB.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of server-side CSS processing.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with Java development tools, IDEs, build frameworks, Jira, and source control.
- Basic knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting (preferred).
