We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Drawing Operator II to join our production team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor drawing equipment, follow production orders, and ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate drawing and production equipment in accordance with work instructions
• Read and interpret production orders and instrumentation on complex equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Perform routine checks and report any equipment issues
• Maintain accurate production and operational records

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and comprehend production orders and instrumentation on fairly complex equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with others
• Strong reliability and good attendance record

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Willingness to work day or night shifts on a continuous 7-day work cycle
• Ability to push/pull 50120 lbs
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to read and comprehend English
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including walking, climbing, bending, and pushing
• Ability to handle reel setup requiring up to 140 pounds of force
