Full Stack Developer
Mandatory (Must-Have)
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- Strong backend expertise in .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core, REST APIs)
- Proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend practices
- Solid experience with SQL, databases, and stored procedures
- Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Airflow, etc.)
- Hands-on API integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, internal platforms)
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations (LLMs, model APIs, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting/integration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, security)
- Ability to collaborate with AI, data, and business stakeholders
- Experience with SharePoint development (SPFx, portals, integrations)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code)
- Knowledge of analytics/BI tools and data consumption patterns
- Experience in large enterprise (Fortune 100) environments
- Domain experience in Sales, Retention, or Call Center systems
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, CodeWhisperer)
- Understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud
