Standard schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Initial training schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:
- The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time to customers.
- This role works closely with Material Handlers, Quality, and Production teams to support daily shipping operations and maintain high standards for outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Process shipments according to client and customer routing guidelines
- Prepare domestic and international shipments using shipping software
- Create and process shipping documentation including:
- Bills of lading, Packing lists, Commercial invoices, Shipping labels
- Package products securely using tools and equipment such as nail guns and packing foam machines.
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met prior to shipment.
- Photograph finished goods before packaging for documentation purposes
- Record shipment information including quantity, weight, dimensions, and tracking details.
- Locate finished goods within production line areas for shipment. processing.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate with Sales regarding shipment status and tracking information.
- Training will be provided on proprietary systems.
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) months of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience.
- Strong computer skills and general PC proficiency.
- Experience with shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling part numbers, quantities, weights, and shipment records.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with lifting heavier items when needed.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Forklift testing will be conducted and certification provided .
- Comfortable communicating through email and phone.
