Job Title: Assembler

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of all product lines using correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure ability to read blueprints, identify components, and use pertinent hand tools.
• Create labor records for all transactions and drive continuous improvement using the Manufacturing System.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills, including SAP.
• IPC-610 certification.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in identifying solder defects and reading design drawings.
• Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.
