Description
Daily Tasks include but not limited to the following:

• Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to allocate assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.
• Use project management methodology and documentation to manage the project. Plan and facilitiate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress.
• Provide regular status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.
• Partner with Business Analyst to ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business owners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed and if approved, included in future project plans. Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead.
• Act as facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projects related to the OMH Business efforts; including projects related to implementation of applications or infrastructure changes. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Adherre to all NYS Project Management directives and processes.

Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 Months Experience managing projects from initiation through closeout maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards. 2 84 Months Experience as a project manager working as a liaison between Requesting Entity (i.e. Government Agency or Private Company) and Vendors from requirements gathering through implementation. 3 60 months of experience in technical requirement gathering for the integration of central server and facility systems, including networking, in collaboration with architecture and infrastructure teams. 4 48 Months Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above. 5 36 months of experience managing AI-related projects, engaging with vendors such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. 6 36 Months Experience managing projects with Application Programming Interfaces (API), and other interfaces that send and receive data between systems. 7 24 months of experience facilitating requirement sessions, ensuring requirements are effectively communicated and successfully met. 8 Bachelor's Degree 9 Project Management Professional Certification Required Documentation " Re sume
