Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the full project lifecycle, from initial bidding through final billing.

• Oversee all phases of construction projects , from pre-construction (bidding) through project close-out (billing and final review).
• Monitor and maintain the project schedule , providing regular, timely updates to the management team, customers and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and communicate regularly with the Site Supervisor regarding project progress, logistics, and on-site challenges.
• Monitor project progress, adjust costs as necessary , and consistently evaluate the profitability of projects.

Troubleshoot challenges that arise on-site and promptly communicate solutions and status to the management team
Skills & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required
