Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $22 $23 /hr (USD)

• Contract Duration: 5 months

• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standard repairs and maintenance
• Patch and paint
• Perform filter changes
• Service any fan cooling units in the ceiling
• Respond to hot/cold calls

Education Requirements

• High school diploma

Required Experience

• 3 5 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering

Required Skills

• Customer service
• Attention to detail
• Staying organized
• MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Preferred Skills

• Experience using a tablet
• Familiarity with CBRE's work order system
