Job Overview:
We are seeking a CMS/Sitefinity Developer responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the companys website and content management system. This is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This position focuses on managing site content, improving performance, optimizing user experience, and analyzing site metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Manage implementation of website updates and project releases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Oversee day-to-day content management across all related websites
Coordinate and administer testing for project releases, site synchronization, and major site launches
Improve website usability, design, content, and conversion rates on an ongoing basis
Analyze user data and site metrics; provide reporting and recommendations for improvements
Identify opportunities to enhance CMS efficiency and overall user experience
Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations
Ensure compliance with all website security standards and policies
Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and provide ongoing support to internal teams
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Marketing, or related field (or 510+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
35+ years of experience in web design or development
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, .NET, AngularJS, XML, and JavaScript
Experience working with content management systems, preferably Sitefinity
