- Establish oversight and documentation for external services supporting the environment; ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting expectations are defined.
- Provide transparent, data-driven status, escalations, and executive-ready communications; proactively manage cross-team dependencies and critical path items.
- Maintain high-quality documentation: program plans, architecture/operational artifacts, decision logs, and runbooks.
- 8+ years of project/program management in large-scale technology delivery, with at least 3+ years focused on cloud (Azure preferred) and enterprise system integration.
- Proven success delivering secure, compliance-heavy environments with robust identity/access, logging/auditing, and operational control requirements.
- Strong command of project governance: RAID management, executive reporting, financials, change control, and vendor management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and aligning delivery across multiple platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with Azure services and concepts (e.g., Entra ID, managed identities, Azure SQL/MI, storage, networking, policies, RBAC) from a PM perspective.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience operationalizing cloud environments in regulated contexts (finance, public sector, healthcare) with rigorous control expectations.
- Exposure to privacy impact assessments, data classification/discovery, and evidence-based control testing.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2; Agile/SAFe; Azure fundamentals or equivalent cloud certifications.
