Introduction

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform that improve business processes and enhance user experience. The candidate will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to deliver effective workflows and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Case Management, Incident and Change Management, and Catalog Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
  • Ability to develop and customize Service Portal.
  • Familiarity with Engagement Messenger and its implementation.
  • Experience in data migration and platform integrations.
  • Understanding of Cyber OPS concepts in relation to ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ability to work within established frameworks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and REST APIs).
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Security, Access Controls (ACLs), and Performance Optimization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Case Management, Incident and Change Management, and Catalog Management.
  • Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer to automate processes.
  • Develop and customize Service Portal to improve user accessibility and self-service.
  • Implement Engagement Messenger features to facilitate communication within the platform.
  • Assist in data migration activities and ensure seamless data integration across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate on integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems.
  • Support platform development activities and contribute to platform architecture discussions under guidance.
  • Work with Cyber OPS-related functionalities to support security operations on the platform.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and code.
  • Work in coordination with architects and other stakeholders to align with architectural standards.
