Summary

Responsible for preparing and restoring large industrial rental bins through surface cleaning, painting, and precise decal application. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role performed in a non-climate-controlled workshop and outdoors, requiring stamina and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Pressure-wash bins to remove built-up residue
• Paint bin surfaces using rollers and brushes for full coverage
• Remove old decals and apply new decals with perfect alignment
• Inspect finished bins for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive, outdoor environments (construction crews, roofing, home building, landscaping, general labor)
• Comfortable working in heat and non-climate-controlled spaces
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment safely
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

This is a long-term temporary assignment with potential pay increases based on performance and tenure
