Responsibilities:
- 10+ years' experience as a full stack developer
- Deployed in Azure cloud environment
- Majority of work is in Modern Java 17+, Angular 23+, Spring Boot 3.5+
- Special skills required for prompt engineering and vibe coding experience with Windsurf or Cursor and experience in highly scaled environments
- Initial implementation will be almost-exclusively back end before shifting to about 70%+ back end
- Scalability is of high importance`
- Making a highly observable environment is highly preferred
- Modern AI/vibe coding (Windsurf (currently being used on team), Cursor, etc.)
- Candidate should have a high eye toward security, will work with a lot of personal information
- Developer should keep secure coding practices, auditability in mind
- Scheduling (Apache Air Flow or Spring Batch)
- Can take on tech lead/design responsibilities but will not be tasked with architecture
- Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot / Angular
- Deep understanding of scalability, fault tolerant, and secure systems
- Experience in LLM coding assist tools and associated best practices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.5+, Angular 23+
- Angular 23+
- Basic Angular front-end experience required
- Backend database: Oracle
- Rest based API
- FedRAMP Moderate and High
- Focus on Gov't security standards, high confidentiality
- Experience in government contracting, security standards (FedRAMP / NIST 800-53 Rev 5) and/or privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA)
- Zero trust architecture experience a plus
