Job Description:
6+ years of experience
Front end Engineer with strong experience in React ecosystem
Expert in Hooks, Suspense, and Concurrent Mode, with a passion for building developer tools
Rapidly prototyped experimental UI/UX patterns based on high level design specs from DevRel teams
Built and published 10+ custom Hooks used across 4 different engineering pods
Must haves:
General knowledge and tooling
Bundlers (webpack, turbopack, esbuild/vite)
Typescript
Code splitting
Tree-shaking
NodeJS
NPM
ESM vs CJS, dual entry, package.json exports and WinterCG entrypoints
Semver and package management
Strong understanding of peer, dev, prod, and bundled dependencies and the pros/cons
Framework expertise
React
React best practices
rxjs (ReactFire currently leverages it)
NextJS
app router
pages router
Knowledge in one or more React state management libraries
