As a key member of our team, you will:
- Onboard new locations to DoorDash, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful activations.
- Support the team with inbound requests related to menu and catalog, resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants.
- Handle all aspects of Jira/ticket management, including catalog, integrations, analytics, and data engineering.
- Generate weekly reporting emails and handle ad hoc reporting requests.
- Run test orders and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Address backend invoicing issues and resolve merchant pain points.
- Experience managing multiple outstanding issues/tickets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
