How you'll make an impact:

In this role,youllsupport account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallaghers clients.Youlllearn the employeebenefitsClient Service Cycle, ensuring a seamless renewal process and helpingretainbusiness. By familiarizing yourself with Gallaghers resources and professional standards,youllimprove efficiency and quality in client deliverables.Youllassistwith preparing RFPs, coordinating vendor responses, and creating client presentations. Through hands-on learning,youllobserveopen enrollment meetings,participatein client calls, andmaintainaccuraterecords in the Document Management System (DMS).

About you:

Hereswhatyoullbring to the role:

• A high school diploma/equivalent and 1+ year of directly applicable experience.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your time wisely.

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support your team.

• Interestin building knowledge of Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
