Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Scrum Master / Agilist responsible for leading AVEVA PI implementations and managing Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong expertise in PI systems, industrial data environments (SCADA/DCS), and end-to-end project execution involving engineering, IT, and business stakeholders. This individual will drive delivery governance, backlog execution, and Agile best practices while ensuring successful integration of PI with enterprise platforms.
Mandatory Skills
1. Hands-on AVEVA / OSIsoft PI System (Data Archive, AF, Interfaces, PI Vision)
2. Strong Agile / Scrum delivery experience
3. Experience in OT environments (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, mining)
4. End-to-end project lifecycle ownership
5. PI integration with ERP, cloud, and analytics systems
6. Governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Good to Have Skills
Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
PMP / CSM certification
Experience with SCADA / DCS systems
Exposure to enterprise data platforms & analytics
Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience
Vendor Billing range (share in local currency)
