Title: Sr. AI Engineer (Computer Vision)
Location: Burlington, MA- Hybrid
Contract Duration:6+ Months
Pay Rate: Up to $71.20/hr W2
We are seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to develop and validate advanced computer vision algorithms for ophthalmic applications, with a focus on eye tracking and iris registration. This is a hands-on research and development role within an Applied Research team.

We are seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to develop and validate advanced computer vision algorithms for ophthalmic applications, with a focus on eye tracking and iris registration. This is a hands-on research and development role within an Applied Research team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop computer vision algorithms for eye tracking, iris detection, and image registration
- Apply classical computer vision and machine learning techniques
- Perform algorithm validation, benchmarking, and failure mode analysis
- Analyze real-world imaging datasets for robustness and accuracy
- Prototype research-grade solutions primarily using Python
- Collaborate with research and software engineering teams for deployment support
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision or image processing
- Strong expertise in tracking, registration, segmentation, or object detection
- Experience with classical RESUME methods and/or machine learning models
- Proficiency in Python for algorithm development
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
