Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a AssociateManufacturing Process Technician for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in New Albany, OH. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a 100% onsite, 12-hour rotating night shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). The successful candidate will be responsible for performing moderately-complex to complex manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position focuses on the inspection and packaging of product-filled vials, equipment operation, and internal support operations.

Responsibilities:

• Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct inspection and packaging of product-filled vials per procedures and batch records
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Assist in other manufacturing operations, including filling support and internal support (stocking, inventory tracking, material movement)
• Recognize and report malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to equipment
• Load materials into machines and operate manual or electric pallet jacks
• Follow and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process
• Reconcile components and products, and calculate product exposure to room temperature

Requirements:

• High school/GED with 1 year of work or military experience, or an Associate degree
• Filling and finishing manufacturing experience, preferably in vial inspection
• Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system
• Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Skilled in computer literacy
• Effective in a collaborative team environment
• Committed to continuous learning through self-motivation

Pay range: up to $23.35 per hour
